With the conclusion of the 2020-21 NFL season now all wrapped up, we are fully into mock draft season. Here is the Beef Up Front 2021 NFL Mock Draft 3.0!
Jaguars- QB Trevor Lawerence (Clemson)- Best QB prospect of the past decade. Lock it in.
Jets- QB Zach Wilson (BYU)- Wilson is an elite talent, who will be able to elevate the play of those around him.
Dolphins- OT Penei Sewell (Oregon)- Sewell is the best tackle in this draft, and the Dolphins need more help up front.
Falcons- QB Justin Fields (OSU)- Matt Ryan still has some good ball left in him, but the Falcons need a QB of the future.
Bengals-WR Ja’Marr Chase (LSU)- Chase reunites with Burrow to form a Pro Bowl caliber duo.
Eagles- WR Devonta Smith (Alabama)- Smith is the game changing talent that the Eagles have been seeking the past few seasons at WR.
Lions- LB Micah Parsons (PSU)- With plenty of draft capital in the coming years, the Lions take the best player available and build their defense up.
Panthers- QB Trey Lance (North Dakota State)- If Lance falls to eight, expect the Panthers to sprint to the podium.
Broncos- OL Rashawn Slater (Northwestern)- The Broncos go with the best player available here, and invest in help in the trenches.
Cowboys- TE Kyle Pitts (Florida)- Pitts would make the Cowboys offense the best in the NFC.
Giants- WR Jaylen Waddle (Alabama)- Waddle is explosive, and would be the game breaking WR the Giants need.
49ers- CB Patrick Surtain II (Alabama)- As Richard Sherman ages, his eventual replacement is added here.
Chargers- OL Christian Darrisaw (Virginia Tech)- Hebert is loaded with weapons, now he just needs more protection.
Vikings- EDGE Gregory Rousseau (Miami FL)- Rousseau might be the best raw pass rusher in this year's draft.
Patriots- WR Kadarius Toney (Florida)- Toney is a name that is going to rise throughout the draft process due to his explosive nature.
Cardinals- EDGE Kwity Paye (Michigan)- More pass rush help is needed out in Arizona.
Raiders- CB Caleb Farley (Virginia Tech)- The Raiders secondary was one of the major reasons they folded down the stretch.
Dolphins- LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (Notre Dame)- Adding a LB with the sideline to sideline of Owusu-Koramoah would take the Dolphins episode to the next level.
Football Team- QB Mac Jones (Alabama)- Jones suburb production can’t be denied by Washington if he falls here.
Bears- WR Rashod Bateman (Minnesota)- With Allen Robinson likely headed out the door, a need at WR is opened up.
Colts- OT Jalen Mayfield (Michigan)- The Colts have a void at LT, and Mayfield could fill that hole.
Titans- DT Christian Barmore (Alabama)- The Titans pass rush struggled all year, but pairing Bamore with Jeffrey Simmons would form a great interior duo.
Jets- OL Alijah Vera-Tucker (USC)- Whether the Jets draft a QB, or stick with Darnold, they need to protect the QB better going forward.
Steelers- RB Najee Harris (Alabama)- The Steelers need a more consistent rushing attack, and a player like Harris brings three-down ability to the table.
Jaguars- CB Jaycee Horn (South Carolina)- A duo of Henderson and Horn would be a good backbone for the young Jaguars secondary.
Browns- CB Asante Samuel Jr. (Florida State)- The Browns CB play was one of their biggest deficiencies this year.
Ravens- EDGE Joseph Ossai (Texas)- With Yannick and Judon set to hit free agency, pass rush help is a major need.
Saints- WR Rondale Moore (Purdue)- The Saints need to add more explosive options in the passing game for their QB of the future.
Packers- WR TuTu Atwell (Louisville)- Atwell is an explosive playmaker to play alongside Davante Adams.
Bills- RB Travis Etienne (Clemson)- Etienne is a playmaker out of the backfield that could take the Bills offense over the top.
Chiefs- OL Alex Leatherwood (Alabama)- The Chiefs need to invest in more offensive line help to maximize Patrick Mahomes career.
Buccaneers- DE Jaelan Phillips (Miami FL)- The Bucs front four was the key to their Super Bowl winning performance, and with Shaq Barrett likely headed out the door, Jason Licht drafts Phillips to add another pass rusher.
